At BOYLO’s we want to make sure you know that we’re pleased to have you as a customer. Loyalty points are simple. Each product is worth a set number of loyalty points. When you go through to buy that product your loyalty points get stored up on your account in your e-wallet. When you then come back to purchase something else in the checkout stage you have the opportunity to redeem these points against your chosen product. If there is any remaining balance this is all you pay!
Note: You must use all your credit in one go. And you can not redeem points for an order with a value less than your available points. So go back and add another item to your cart until you reach your loyalty points total.
Postage and packaging:
BOYLO’s wants you to enjoy your purchases as soon as possible so we strive to dispatch your order within one working day of it being placed (subject to payment authorization and stock availability). If there is going to be a delay for any reason, we’ll let you know.
All postage and packaging for UK Mainland orders you make with BOYLO’s is FREE for orders over £10, for 5-7 day delivery.
Delivery Times are based on standard working days (i.e. Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, no Saturday deliveries, etc.) Orders for next day delivery must be made by 12 noon. However, if you miss the deadline there is a good chance we can still get it out to you so give us a call. Next day delivery can only apply to Mainland UK. Saturday delivery is possible. If for any reason we cannot honour your friday order for a saturday delivery we will ring you.
For large / heavy items for non-mainland UK orders, please get in touch for a delivery quote.
If you’re unhappy with your purchase from Boylo’s then you can return it to us in its original condition (with packaging and tags intact) within 14 days of the purchase date. We strongly advise you send it recorded delivery and keep the proof of postage. Please also give us a call before you put it in the post so that we can keep an eye out for it. Upon receiving the return we will either send out a replacement or issue a full credit.
In all return correspondence please include your order number, name, address and a contact number. Please also state whether you would like a replacement (include all details) or credit.
Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse them.
Important: Customers must contact us by phone / e-mail before sending a return. Thank you!
Please be sure to check goods received from couriers to ensure that they have not been damaged in transit before you sign for them. If this is not possible please sign for the item as ‘Unchecked’. If the item has been damaged please mark it as ‘Damaged’. This is particularly important for surfboards, windsurf boards, and sails. If the item is damaged in transit and not signed for then we cannot be liable for the damage and the item will not be replaced.
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty - subject to their terms and conditions.
